The other bubblies
In a sea of Champagne, Franciacorta and Trentodoc which overflow on DoctorWine and are almost always dealt with by Madame Perlage, aka Chiara Giovoni, for once I have decided to add my two cents. This by proposing three sparkling wines which, in this case, are Spumanti with a capital S and are made from different grapes, from different areas and, in at least two cases out of three, are made using different methods. They are wines we believe to be the best in their respective categories, surprising wines and, in a way, unusual ones considering their incredible quality level.
