100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. 50% of the base wine matures for 6 months in barrique. The second fermentation is made in tank for 28 months. Light yellow color with a thick and continuous perlage. On the nose present complex scents, a blend of the varietal notes and the aromas from the fermentation creates aromas on cedar, read crust, hint of smoke and flowers. On the palate creamy, savory, tasty, sensual, of a compelling drinkability. A little gem of its kind.
