100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes. Classic method. I thought that 2004 vintage was the best but this version is even better. Purple red. Sober and light sparkles. Notes of blackberry jam, underbrush, medical herbs and spices. Austere on the palate in the beginning, it opens shameless at a deep and varied pleasure.
