The grapes are from one of the best areas in Alto Adige for Sauvignon Blanc thanks to the high altitude and drainage of the vineyards. Kellermaister Stephan Filippi then works his magic to tame the thiol notes of Sauvignon with a touch of small wood that in no way overshadows it. The wine has a Bordeaux imprint, something like a Domaine de Chevalier, with fresh almond and a hint of flint in a duet with notes of elder, anise and kiwi.
