Made from Picolit grapes that raisinated for two months on racks and fermented in new barriques. The wine has a bright, golden color and a complex aroma of quince apple, intense citrus notes, even candied, a slight hint of iodine and apricot scents both fresh and candied. The mouthfeel is rich and intense with an excellent balance between the sweetness and acidity making it a pleasing drop that is never too sweet. The finish has great elegance and persistence.
