    100% Prié Blanc grapes. 70% of the mass is fermented in barrique, the rest in stainless steel. Bright straw yellow color. Very complex aromas of flint, light wood, field flowers and green plums. Fresh, tense, agile, elegant taste, lithe and surprisingly long. Delicious.
