A nice traditional method bubbly you would not expect from Chardonnay that has sat 46 months on the lees. It has a lovely and bold straw-yellow color and a fine effervescence. The intense bouquet has scents of medlar, white flowers and a light and engaging woody note. The density of the effervescence and the acidity uphold the mouthfeel without losing its salty note and the tasty finish has a lovely sensation of green olives.
