100% Pinot Nero. Classic method, at least 10 years on the yeasts. Golden yellow color and thick, very elegant bubbles. Classy and deep aromas with intense and clear notes of bread, brioche and candied citrus. Rich taste and structure, fresh and savory. Sumptuous and vibrant taste, very persistent notes of citrus, bread crust and yellow fruits.
