Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats only from Granazza grapes from Mamoiada. The wine has a bright, straw-yellow color and this ‘light’ version is surprising for how complex it is starting with its aromas of cherry, apricot and peat. The mouthfeel is austere, slightly tannic and amazingly fresh and persistent.
