100% Biancolella grapes from the island of Ponza, beyond the cliffs where you can see the ancient lighthouse ("faro" in Italian), built in 1886. Matured 8 months in stainless steel. Strow-gold color. Well balanced and elegant nose of orange blossom, anise, mayflower and mint. Saline on the palate; juicy persistence of yellow peach and citrus.
