    Best Sparkling Wine. Made from only Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes that are fermented off the skins with the wine sitting on the lees for 34 months. First year of production. Sparkling wine producer Christian Bellei surprised us by choosing ‘his’ Lambrusco to create a traditional method bubbly with great finesse. It has a very clear, straw-yellow color and a fine and persistent effervescence. The bouquet has fruity notes of currant and apple with a refreshing streak of wild mint, while the mouthfeel is direct, fresh, dynamic and creamy with a nice overall balance.
