A blend of 75% Corvina, 15% Corvinone and 10% Rondinella. The wine ages for a year in tonneau barrels and three years in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine’s bright ruby color is quite youthful and the aroma is intense, distinct and slightly woody with a clear note of cherry standing out among the warm ones and a non-intruding one of sweet, blond spice. The mouthfeel is still nervous and youthful with tannins that have not perfectly been absorbed and support a drinkability that is always excellent above all when paired with food. The tasty finish has dark, floral notes.
