A bubbly made from Pinot Noir fermented off the skins and that sat on the lees for 60 months before it was disgorged in 2015. The wine has a bold, straw-yellow color with a thick and sharp effervescence. The clear bouquet has aromas of bread crust, a touch of dark fruit and floral notes along with those of flowers and underbrush. The mouthfeel is tasty and balanced with an acidity that is upheld and pleasing. The finish is good and supported by the effervescence.
