A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir that sits on the lees for at least five years and has no dosage added when it is disgorged in order to qualify as a Nature. Without any sweet dosage, the dry and acidic character of this straw-yellow wine with luminous reflection shines through. The aromatic profile is both fresh and rich with notes of lemon peel, freshly cut pineapple and hay, a fragrant nuance of spicy cookies and crunchy apple, along with a delicate iodine sensation. The mouthfeel has nice tension and dynamism with a freshness balanced by a textures that makes it perfect to pair with a meal.
