A blend of 30% Falanghina, 40% Ciunchese and 30% Biancolella grown on the island of Capri. The grapes are left to raisinate for around 30 days before fermentation. The wine has a luminous golden color and a bouquet with alternating fresh citrus notes like citron and ripe grapefruit and those of jasmine, musk and eucalyptus along with ozonated nuances and hints of iodine. The mouthfeel is fine, balanced, vertical, warm and brackish with a long and slightly almond aftertaste. A wine with a sought after personality.
