Splendido colore giallo paglierino con ancora riflessi verdognoli. I profumi sono raffinati di miele d’acacia, leggerissimo zafferano, vaga sensazione di erbe officinali, estremamente minerale. In bocca ampio, avvolgente, fresco. Sapido come pochi, è un monumento alla bevibilità.
