Da uve verdicchio. Metodo classico, matura sui lieviti 48 mesi. Giallo paglierino intenso, poco verde nei riflessi. Profumi particolarmente penetranti che vanno dai lieviti alla mandorla, al cedro. La bocca è cremosa, piena, aiutata da un perlage abbondante e persistente. Si beve complessivamente con grande piacere.
