Da uve pinot nero spumantizzate secondo il metodo classico. Colore ramato. Naso fragrante, intenso, qualche accenno di riduzione un po’ rustico, poi lieviti e uva spina. Gusto fresco, teso, vivace, salino e sottile, ma di buona lunghezza.
