Ci spostiamo da Chiaramonte alla zona di Pachino. Il NeroSanlorè nasce da alberelli di 40-45 anni ed ha una permanenza in legno maggiore rispetto al NeroJbleo. Questo 2009 ha un naso ricco, più grasso rispetto al “fratello”, balsamico e salmastro. In bocca è coerente con il naso, ha un tannino dolce e una buona acidità, chiude su sensazioni di mandorla fresca, confettura di frutti rossi e note marine.
