Spontaneous fermentation. This Montepulcino is very different from the previous one in many ways. First of all the taste is not as bold, depending less on the strength of the fruit, which remains in abundance but is more nervous, springing, liquid. The bouquet, on the other hand, is more expressive and shifts from scents of wild fruits to red fruit, all withing a framework of rare elegance. A real nice wine at an excellent price.
