A totally organic estate with separate parcels to maintain biodiversity in the vineyard as wells as offering space to reptiles, chickens and various species of fowl, foxes and wild boar. This is a Frappato varietal that ages on the lees in stainless steel vats for several months. The wine has a pale, ruby color and a clear and explosive aroma of floral notes, red and the orange ones of orange blossom, together with a veil of saffron. The mouthfeel is agile with a medium texture and an excellent acidity that creates an intriguing and fresh drop with an intense finish.
