Spontaneous fermentation. The color is a bold yellow, sunny and reassuring. The aroma is more expressive and potent than the previous wine , without losing its refined elegance that distinguish it . The taste is deeper and more persistent, as are the clear sensations of lime that stands out to the nose. A truly great wine.
