A particular approach for a ‘stripped down’ wine. It has a Cerasuolo cherry-red color and a very floral bouquet with scents of violet and wild flowers and a yellow note. The fruit is fresh with notes of freshly picked raspberry and cherry. The mouthfeel is elegant with settled tannins and a texture that is not thick but flavorful and with a good acidity. The finish is graceful yet very persistent.
