Made with only Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in Treiso and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, in the Alba township. Some of the wine ages in barriques, for 10-16 months, and the rest in 20hl barrels for 12-18 months. It has a bright, pale ruby color and a full and intense aroma with notes of prunes, both yellow and dark, which mix well with a floral component and a hint of watermelon. The mouthfeel is young, especially in regard to the tannins, but it has a nice progression and the brilliant finish.
