A ruby-garnet color with light, pink reflections and a moody bouquet that initially is not very fine before aromas emerge of olive oil and gentian. The mouthfeel has grainy tannins, a tart finish and notes of bitter herbs, all a bit monotonous. A wine that needs to age more.
