Made from Sangiovese and aged in barriques and tonneau barrels, this wine has an intense and dark ruby color. The bouquet is very complex with slightly smoky notes amplifying the intensity of the red fruit while a light balsamic note is quite intriguing. The intense mouthfeel has a thick texture and locked in progression, while the polished tannins and excellent acidity make this a pleasing drop with a finish that is unusually complex.
