    A white made with only Arneis grapes grown in the Langhe and Roero that ferments and ages in an autoclave. It has a straw-yellow color with green reflections and a classic aroma of yellow flowers and peach while the autolysis of the yeast as given the flavor a certain edge. The progression is good and tasty with an aftertaste of herbs.
