Made from Syrah grapes that ferment and macerate under controlled temperatures in cement vats and amphorae. The wine has a classic and bright onionskin color with cherry-red nuances. The intriguing aroma has clear notes of winter melon that are underscored by pleasing sensations of red berries, white pepper and nuances of iodine. The note of melon becomes even more evident and pleasing in the flavor and the mouthfeel is extremely fresh and saline and perfectly balanced which entices sip after sip. Bottles produced: 8,000.
