The name Luca D’Attoma is well-known in the wine world. A renowned enologist, he established himself quite young putting his signature on some great prestigious wines and today he is one of the most sought-after consultants especially in regard to organic and (even more) biodynamic wine.
Duemani (Twohands) was established in 2000 with the hands being those of Luca and Elena Celli. It is located in Riparbella, in the province of Pisa, and its 10 hectares are in a white tufa soil full or rocks and pebbles which is difficult to work but produces great results.
Certified Demeter biodynamic cultivated Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot are the mainstay for the production of top-quality red wines while Syrah is used for a rosé that is enjoyable beginning with its totally transparent bottle.
