    A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this bubbly is produced using the long Charmat Method (eight months in an autoclave). It has a straw-yellow color, a nicely persistent effervescence, excellent acidity and drinkability. The structure of the Pinot Noir is evident and gives the wine persistence and makes it pleasing to the palate. Good as a summer aperitif and at the table to accompany a fish feast.
