    100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo), fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The color is a medium, ruby-garnet with youthful reflections and the open and clean bouquet has notes of iron, citrus and hazelnut cream. The mouthfeel is full but at the same time very flavorful and citrusy with tasty yet delicate tannins for the varietal. There is a nice sensation of elegance and the finish is citrusy and irony.
