A blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir that undergoes no malolactic fermentation and spends 60 months on the lees. It has a clear, golden color, a minute effervescence and a seductive aroma of magnolia, pink grapefruit, nectarine, peach, strawberry, cotton candy and roasted nuts. The mouthfeel is complex and mineral, spirited, saline and fresh.
