A Barbera varietal that ages in 25hl and tonneau barrels. The wine has a compact purple color and an intense aroma of dark, ripe fruit together with a distinct note of capers and a floral component of violets. The presence of underbrush is a clear homage to tradition. The mouthfeel is compact and dense but nicely upheld by the acidity and a chalky streak that makes it progressive and pleasing. The finish has great intensity with dark notes that leave the mouth satisfied.
