The Aglianico grapes come from their vineyards in Lapio and are fermented off the skins to then mature in stainless steel. The wine has a tenuous pink color and its bouquet is dominated by scents of dog rose, strawberry and cherry. The mouthfeel has a nice balance between the salinity and acidity making this a stable, delicate and extremely pleasing wine.
