Disgorged in 2012. The color is again an intense straw-yellow and the effervescence abundant. The bouquet has aromas hazelnut and vanilla and the mouthfeel has a lot of volume and it remains full with a dark central phase and finish that is not that long but full, with notes of yellow flowers and, above all, with those from the dosage that have blended in better. It still needs a couple of years.
