Disgorged 2011. The color is very luminous and the aroma rustic with scents of hay, dried yellow flowers, bread crumb, ground coffee and hints of reduction. The carbonation is harder in the mouthfeel, the center of the mouth is warm and the finish has notes of hay and fern, all a little sour. A wine with little harmony between an effervescence that reduces its volume, its extracts (quite bold for a spumante) and a sourness in the finish. Not long at all.
