Disgorged 2007. The golden-yellow color has light, amber reflections and the post-disgorgement evolution is lovely with notes of pine honey, resin, fresh meat and cake while the lively effervescence gives the wine volume. The mouthfeel is consistent and the finish is rhyming and deep with notes of fresh mushroom and Cognac. This wine gives a partial confirmation that Oltrepò Pinot Noir ‘feels’ the difference in vintages much less than elsewhere.
