A blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Molinara that ages mostly in small barrels. The color is an intense and opaque ruby while the aromas are of walnut husk, cherry jam and a somewhat drying balsamic note. The mouthfeel is muscular with a sugar component that is pleasing yet not balanced by the tannic-acidic one. A well-made wine with a flavorful finish.
