Made from Pinot Noir grapes, fermented in stainless steel and cement and aged in used barriques. The wine has a distinct yet lively ruby color and a splendid bouquet that underscores how spontaneous and well-made it is. The aroma is fragrant and nuanced, a mixture of dark spices, black tea and raspberry. The mouthfeel is Pinot at its best, full of flavor and not too dense with ‘discontinuous’ tannins, a ‘mountain-esque’ acidity that is not overbearing and a very long fruity-salty finish. Produced in limited quantity.
