Made from only Fiano grapes in stainless steel without filtration. A golden-yellow color and a Burgundy-esque aromatic profile with notes of flint, citron and yellow plum with a smoky sensation. The wrapping mouthfeel is saline, acidic and rich with a decidedly long finish. Bottles produced: 4,000.
