Made using only Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a vineyard with a density of 9,000 rootstocks per
hectare. Fermented in cement vats, the wine ages for 12 months in barriques to then age long in the
bottle. The wine has a compact and intense ruby color and a bouquet with fruity notes of raspberry,
blueberry and blackcurrant underscored by spicy sensations of cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla
together with balsamic hints of Mediterranean herbs. The mouthfeel is elegant and balanced with almost
silky tannins, the right acidity and a long aftertaste between blueberry and sage.
