Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero. Classic method, 14 years on the yeasts. Golden yellow color and very elegant bubbles. Very expressive and clear aromas of spices, turmeric and saffron, beeswax, candied citrus, elder flowers and hints of honey. Neat taste, delicate and deep, long finis with persistent notes of toasted barley, spices and citrus.
