    70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero. Classic method, more than 48 months on the yeasts. Intense golden straw yellow color and very elegant bubbles. Clear and intense aromas of spices, turmeric, yellow flowers and barley cookies. Fresh and tense taste, savory, nice progression and very long finish. Again fruity notes, macadamia nuts and bergamot.
