The 100% Garganega wine is made in stainless steel and has a dense, straw-yellow color with distinct green reflections. The aroma is very fruity with clear scents of apricot and peach along with notes of elder and hawthorn together with light exotic nuances. The mineral component is distinct and slightly spicy in the flavor where the fruit returns. The mouthfeel is fresh, soft and wrapping with a vigorous acidity and a clean and pleasing finish with a long and warm persistence.
