A 100% Garganega wine, the attack of the aroma plays on a distinct and penetrating scent of green apple followed by nuances of sweeter fruits, almost those of banana and dried peach, together with a pinch of cinnamon and sensations of stone. The mouthfeel is fresh, nicely salty, with a clear and fruity finish. While still very young, it promises well.
