Spur-trained vines produce the grapes for this 100% Bombino wine. Harvest takes place in the last week of September and after fermenting in steel the wine ages in glass-lined cement vats. In the glass the wine has a straw-yellow color with green reflections, a strong and fresh aroma of fruity notes with a clear scent of Renetta apple. The flavor is pleasing fruity balanced by a persistent note of acidity.
