A blend of 95% Malvasia delle Lipari and 5% Corinto Nero grapes that are harvested late and sundried. Stainless steel is used for both fermentation and aging.  The wine has a golden-bronze color and an intense and clean aroma with clear scents of apricot, even in jam form, and dried fig along with a strong floral vein of dark flowers. The flavor is excellently balanced between the acidity and the sugars and the progression is compact. The wine is made even more drinkable by a fresh note of capers and an acidity that acts as a counterpoint. The finish has sensations of apricot and ripe peach. An intense, persistent and, most important, balanced wine.
