100% Malvasia, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The wine has a bright, golden and straw-yellow color and an intense aroma of boxwood and capers followed by notes of yellow flowers and a hint of prickly pear. The mouthfeel is balanced and has an intense salty streak that blends in well with the thick texture. Warm, fruity notes return in the aftertaste.
