100% Malvasia, fermented and aged in stainless steel. The straw-yellow color here has reflections that lean more towards lemon-yellow while the bouquet is again very rich and intense with a strong scent of capers followed by those of acacia flowers and fragrant plum, while the warm floral note is less evident and still young. The attack of the mouthfeel is intense with the alcohol nicely balanced by the salinity and acidity while the flavor is progressive and tasty. There is a hint of prickly pear in the finish along with a vein of chlorophyll. The persistence is nice as is the drinkability.
