    100% Müller Thurgau overripe grapes. It matures partly in big oak barrels and partly in tonneau for 9 months. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of flowers such as chamomile at first , then alfalfa with hints of ripe Renetta apple. Savory, warm but agile, with a good, persistent finish.
